Our Commitment To Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available at the bottom of each page on our website.


The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Schlesinger Consulting website. On some pages, you can request information, register to receive materials, or apply to join our roster of support companies. The types of personal information collected on these pages are limited to some or all of the following:

No page on our website requests information about other people. However, if you choose to submit personal information about other people, then we will only retain the minimum amount of information needed to confirm or deny their interest in pursuing a relationship with Schlesinger Consulting.  The information collected will be limited to what you choose to submit, and will not likely exceed the:

     Company Name and Website; and
     Contact Person's Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.


The Way We Use Information
Although we retain pertinent data about our clients and affiliates relevant to providing them with services and/or referral fees requested or due, we do not retain any additional data. We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to conduct our business professionally. We share no information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to effectuate and complete any services that are requested.

We use the information about someone else that you provide when submitting a referral only to confirm or deny their interest in our services.

We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to effectuate and complete any services that they subsequently request.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We never spam, nor will we support anyone who does.

You can register on our website if you would like to receive our newsletter and/or updates regarding our services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you check the box requesting such periodic information.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to personally identify those individuals, including IP addresses.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. However, to date, we have never requested such permissions, and we have no intention of requesting them in the future.


Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Although no online database is 100% "hacker proof", we have firewalls on our computers, and any information stored online is protected by the safeguards set in place by Microsoft Office Live.


Privacy of Minors
Although no portion of our website is structured to attract minors, protecting the privacy of minors is especially important. For this reason, we never collect or maintain information from anyone known to be under 18 years of age.


How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
To better safeguard your information, your personally identifiable information is not accessible online, except by Schlesinger Consulting. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error or by notifying us via email or telephone. Schlesinger Consulting will verify such changes either in writing or via telephone.
